Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
1. Processing time
Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Due to customs clearance procedures, some orders—especially those shipped to the U.S.—may experience an additional delay of 5-7 business days. Customs processing is handled by local authorities and is beyond our control, and not all shipments will be affected.

Note:
1. One day in a week won’t process orders— U.S Saturday. Shipping comanies all close on Sunday. Local logistics deliver on business days.
2. Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address(PO Box, APO, FPO, military address not acceptable) and telephone number when place order. Free shipping means no shipping fee no matter the order price.
3. The above logistics time is for reference only, the specific transportation time shall be subject to the logistics company.
4. We offer free shipping to the USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Europe. For the rest of the world, we charge a shipping fee of $30-$35 per order. Please contact our customer service for details.
Return Policy
Return & Exchange
VALLBEST aims to provide our customers with premium quality human hair wigs & weaves at reasonable prices and knight service. We understand that choosing the right wig online can be difficult, so we accept returns and exchanges for some special occasions within 30 days after you receive the hair. Below is our Return & Exchange policy.

How to Return/Exchange
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via email at service@vallbest.com. Including product-related pictures/videos will speed up the process.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days. Once authorized, you will be provided with a Return & Exchange address. If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons, such as disliking or not needing the product anymore, a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund as a shipping loss.
Please return the package to the address we have provided and send us the return tracking number. Unauthorized returns, or those that are lost or stolen, are not our responsibility. We will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days after receiving the package.
Returnable Items
We accommodate exchanges & returns for wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered with, altered, and the lace NOT cut. Since human hair wigs are hygienic products, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT allow used items to be returned.
NO returns & exchanges for cap size customized wigs, clearance & flash sale products, or customized products (color/style/cap size/density).
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
Custom orders can be cancelled before production starts. A 20% production fee may apply for cancellations after production has started.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If customs seizes the parcel, it is the buyer's responsibility to clear customs. Contact us for any documents needed for customs clearance.
If shipment status does not update for a long time, contact your local courier and us to resolve the issue. We will keep in touch until the parcel is delivered successfully.
Delivery on the Way
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, we are not responsible for any loss caused.
If we send the parcel to the wrong address, we can resend it to the correct address or offer a refund.
If the parcel is lost by the shipping company, contact us and the delivery company for assistance. Customers with Green Shipping Protection should file a claim directly with them.

A: Regular detangling with a suitable comb, washing it every 2-3 weeks with wig-friendly shampoo, and using a spray-on conditioner for moisture and shine are key. Avoid rubbing or wringing during washing, and allow the wig to air dry on a stand.
Q: Does the wig look the same as the pictures on the website?
A: Yes. Most of our wig photos are taken from real products. Minor changes may occur during shipping, but the wig can be easily restored with light styling after arrival. Significant color differences are rare; slight variations may occur due to lighting, angles, or display settings.

A: A larger lace area allows for more flexible parting, creating a more natural look. It provides greater styling freedom, as it offers more options for parting lines and hair styles, making the wig appear closer to natural hair growth.
