1.How many bundles should I purchase?
If you want to full fill one head,3 bundles will be okay.If the hair is over 18”,4 bundles should be better. Also if you do not have leave out,you could try to 3 bundles with closure,3 bundles with front closure,it will save your more money.
2.What length should I Purchase?
All bundles must be measured to the stretch.With that said,please keep in mind that you will need to accommodate for its curl pattern when selecting your desired length.
3.How long do the hair bundles last?
Our bundles typically last for 6-8 months ,if cared for properly. it can be last for 1 year.
4.How long will I receive the order when you ship ?
In normal it just needs 3-5 working days you will receive it after ship out, we choose DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT,EMS and so on, in normal we ship package to USA by Fedex, ship package to Europe by DHL, other country by DHL, but if you need
Other express company, please message me before ship out, we could choose different express for you.
5.Do you accept overnight shipping ?
Yes, we could ship package from USA warehouse by UPS, it just need 1-2 working days to you, but it needs extra shipping fee, please pay for it by paypal is ok.
6.Do you have Brazilian or Peruvian Hair ?
We have Brazilian Virgin Hair, Peruvian Virgin Hair, Malaysian Virgin Hair, Indian Virgin Hair, all the hair is 100% human hair.
7.Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
8.Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org at first. If within 2 hours after ordered, we can do it for you,if over 2hours, we can't make sure that.
9.How do I make a return?
Pls contact us first on our website and let us know your order number. then we will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund.
10.When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
